Pool
Cleaning Service |
Customized
service designed for your pool and to meet your needs:
Typically,
we visit
pools once or twice a
week for a full servicing. Our
technicians will empty all baskets and pump pots, check the chemical
and
restore a perfect chemical balance, brush and skim the pool, and when
necessary
backwash the filters and vacuum the pool.
Our one
cost service covers all these services, as well as, normal
chemicals.
We do charge extra for specialty chemical
that may be required occasionally and periodic servicing of your
filtering
system. Depending on the type of
filter
that you have, we will keep it at optimum efficiency by providing
special
service from once a year to once every several years. We also do
all necessary repairs on your
equipment. As clients you receive
preferential pricing and scheduling – simply put, we take care of our
first.
A
few of our customers enjoy
maintaining their pool themselves but ask for our assistance. We
visit the pool once a week and add the
necessary chemicals. We also check their
equipment making sure it is functioning properly.

Restoration
Services |
| Pools
occasionally need a face-lift: While Arizona
is an ideal place to enjoy a pool, it is a difficult place to keep one
looking
great for many years. The blistering sun
and harsh water take their toll. Pool
surfaces of plaster or pebble teck (?) fade and discolor. They
can be rejuvenated by an acid wash if
done by competent technicians. The
waterline of the pool will cause calcium deposits to collect on the
tile and
stone. Most of these deposits can be
sandblasted off with a tile shoot. We
have the equipment and knowledge to provide these services to our
clients. Call us for an inspection. |

Equipment
Upgrades |
|
Older
pools can benefit from high tech, efficient innovations: The
industry is
changing rapidly and new
equipment is on the market that will simply do the job better than the
last
generation of equipment. Redoing your
equipment often allows you to install better cleaning systems, move the
locations, provide more efficient and quieter pumps, and provide more
versatility for your backyard.

Pool
Inspections |
| We
advise realtors and
potential home buyers to get a through pool
inspection. This can save you a lot of money.
Problems
with equipment can
not be seen. Most home inspection companies do not correctly diagnose
equipment
problems.
A
typical inspection:
- Test chemical balance
of pool water, and adjust water chemistry.
- Inspect the pump, filter, heater,
automatic
cleaner, salt systems, and all other components
of the pool
equipment for proper operation
- Inspect for plumbing leaks,
operational valves, and
proper
configurations.
- Inspect pool/spa light and gfci's.
- Inspect automated controls and
timers.
- Inspect the integrity of pool deck,
coping, and
tile.
- Inspect the pool surface.
- Inspect electrical wiring and
components.
A
thorough report is then prepared with the
following:
- A diagnosis and recommendation of
all components
related to
the pool system.
- An estimate for repairs and/or
upgrades.
- Inspection results can be mailed to
the client or
emailed.
