Personalized Service

Throughout the years we have learned many valuable lessons. Above and beyond all else, we have learned that every pool or spa has its own unique personality, and because of this, we have developed specific service plans designed to meet the needs of our client’s pools and spas.

We offer two distinct service plans depending upon your needs.

  1. Weekly Full Service (Includes emptying pump baskets, skimmer baskets, and the backwashing of your pool’s filter on a routine schedule depending upon your pool’s filter type. This service also includes checking and adjusting the chemical balance of your pool, skimming all debris from your pool, brushing the walls and crevices of your pool, and vacuuming the pool when needed).
  2. Weekly Equipment and Chemical Checks (Includes emptying pump and skimmer baskets, backwashing the pool’s filter, checking and adjusting the chemical balance of your pool, and the verification of proper equipment operation).

Additional services including fountain service, and computerized water analysis is also available

With all of our plans, the basic chemicals needed to chlorinate and balance your pool water are included. These included chemicals are:

  1. Liquid Chlorine (Unstabilzed chlorine used to establish a chlorine residual in your pool water)
  2. 3” Chlorine Tabs (Stabilized chlorine tabs used to maintain a chlorine residual in your pool water)
  3. Muriatic Acid (For lowering the pH balance of your pool and for lowering your pools Total Alkalinity)
  4. Sodium Bicarbonate (For raising your pool water’s alkalinity)
  5. Soda Ash (For raising your pool water’s pH)
BioGuard

From time to time especially during the summer, additional specialty chemicals are required to maintain your pool / spa water. There is an additional charge for these specialty chemicals and we do our best to insure that minimum usages of these chemicals are applied to your pool. These specialty chemicals are:

  1. Algaecides (Used to combat algae blooms due to increased debris and phosphate levels)
  2. Water Clarifier (Used as a coagulant to increase filter efficiency and filter out undesirable water compounds)
  3. Salt (Used in conjunction with chlorine generating systems)
  4. Stabilizer (Used to protect chorine levels in your pool from burning off due to ultraviolet sun rays)
  5. Phosphate Remover (Used to remove phosphates from your pool water and thus prevent algae outbreaks)

For our customers whose fountains we take care of, during the hot months, due to a lack of adequate filtration on most fountains, a maintenance dosage of 1 oz of a specialty fountain algaecide will be added to the fountain on a weekly basis to prevent algae blooms.

We also offer a wide variety of specialty chemical options for your pool and spa including: Silk tabs, silk sticks, algae inhibitors, specialty salt for salt chlorine generators, stain removers, stain and scale preventatives, and specialty hot tub products.
